French Meadow Bakery, Eagan, MN, has introduced Our Daily Bread, a whole grain bread that contains CoroWise plant sterols and omega 3-rich chia seeds. The new bread is made with organic sprouted grains, flours and sprouted legumes. The company has also added two new tortillas to its product line-up: Hemp Tortilla and Organic Wheat and Sprouted Grain. Both tortillas contain sprouted living grains. The Hemp Tortillas contain hempseed, flaxseed and organic pumpkin seeds.
